TESTIMONIALS
"Dee is somebody who I hold in high regard, she is very skilled and has a lovely demeanour" DB TCT
"I really enjoyed the coaching workshop and have already used some of the tools that you gave to us!" Gill - St Thomas Surgery
Many thanks for your help. It was an unusual experience for me as GPs tend to both be expected and expect to sort everything out for themselves. I found being given the space to reflect on my particular work situation in a neutral environment very helpful and you skilfully pushed me to look a little harder at some of my personality traits to understand how and why I was feeling as I was. It was interesting the directions our discussions travelled and I feel a great deal more comfortable with myself as a result - not bad for 3 full sessions! RC
I feel the 1:1 meetings have been extremely helpful. they allowed me to take some time out to reflect on the job i am doing and where I need to focus my skills for the future. I feel your coaching style is very supportive and has really helped me to consolidate the thoughts that had been muddled & spinning around in my head. You have also helped me focus on what's important to me and what might be possible. Thanks for all your time and attention. RY
Coaching has played a key part in helping me to feel confident that I can deliver in my job role. I have learned how to use tools and practical techniques which immediately help me to reframe my perceptions and see how I could approach things differently. I have learned how to keep things in perspective and how to manage myself as I experienced feelings of being overwhelmed, frustrated or ineffective at work. I have found Dee to be inspiring and supportive in a grounded way – truly a critical friend. AF
I have found 1:1 coaching very beneficial. In a very busy, pressurised job it has enabled me to have a bit of personal space and time to reflect on the way I am doing things and to re-focus into some more productive working practices. PB
